The native range of this species is India to Indo-China. It is a climbing shrub and grows primarily in the seasonally dry tropical biome.

Indigestion, fever (Root). Wounds (Leaves).

Distribution: 

Ba Ria Vung Tau. The plant grows naturally on the edge of the forest.
