The native range of this species is Bangladesh to Malesia. It is a scrambling shrub or tree and grows primarily in the wet tropical biome.

Uses: 

Back pain, rheumatism (Root).

Distribution: 

Ha Giang (Bac Quang), Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Lam Dong. The tree grows naturally.

April-July; August-December
