The native range of this species is Indo-China to N. Queensland. It is a climbing shrub or liana and grows primarily in the seasonally dry tropical biome.

Scientific name: 

Combretum trifoliatum Vent.

Family: 

Combretaceae.

Uses: 

Treats tapeworms (Seeds). Crush the fruit, mix it with cornstarch and palm sugar, form into small bars, and chew to help teeth and gums and treat sore throats. The sap extracted from the tree trunk is used to treat dysentery.

Distribution: 

Southern region. The tree grows naturally.

February-March
