The native range of this species is Indo-China to Peninsula Malaysia, SE. Borneo. It is a subshrub or shrub and grows primarily in the seasonally dry tropical biome.

Uses: 

Treats sprains and dislocations (Roots).

Distribution: 

Ninh Thuan to Tay Ninh. The tree grows naturally in open forests from lowlands to altitudes of 1500m.
