The native range of this species is S. Central China to Indo-China. It is a tree and grows primarily in the wet tropical biome.

Fever (whole plant). Cholera (Decorated tree bark). Less urination (Roots). Foot juice (Leaf).

Distribution: 

Nghe An, Thanh Hoa. The tree grows naturally scattered in open forest, secondary forest, or primary forest, at an altitude of 1200m or less.


Flowering and fruiting season: April to June; July-November
