Description: 

Warm to cool growing terrestrial orchid with 2 to 5, obliquely lanceolate, acute, gradually narrows into the channelled petiolate leaf and blooms in the late winter through fall on an erect, lax, long pubescent, 23.5 cm long, many flowered inflorescence carrying broad and basally concave, pubescent, ciliate, triangular, acute floral bracts and non-resupinate flowers.

Distribution:

Assam, Borneo, East Himalaya, Hainan, Laos, Malaya, Myanmar, Philippines, Sulawesi, Sumatera, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam (Bố Trạch, Quảng Bình).

Ecological:

Dense or sparse forests; 800-1000 m.
