The native range of this species is S. India to Hainan and N. Sumatera. It is a climbing shrub or liana and grows primarly in the wet tropical biome(s).

Uses: 

White tropics, uterine prolapse, protrusion, cough (roots, leaves).

Distribution: 

In Vietnam: Lao Cai, Kon Tum, Lam Dong. The tree grows naturally scattered along the forest edge, under the bushes, in the secondary forest.
