its native range is Macaronesia, N. Africa, Temp. Eurasia. It is used as animal food, a poison and a medicine, has environmental uses and for food.

Chân dê, Chút chít răng

Rumex crispus L.

Family: 

Polygonaceae.

Uses: 

Treatment of hepatitis, rheumatism, diabetes, Eczema (Leaf). The roots are also used as an enema and blood purifier.

Distribution:

In Vietnam: 

The tree grows naturally in the plains, quite popular in Vietnam.
