Description.
Epiphyte and lithophyte with short creeping woody rhizome 3 mm thick and conical erect l-leaved glossy bright green pseudobulbs 1.5—3 by 1—1.5 cm. Leaves with short petiole, 1—2 cm long, leaf blade oblong-elliptic, 7—12 by 1.5—3 cm, obtuse. Inflorescence appearing at the base of pseudobulb, to 18 cm long, with 6—10 close olive-yellow to brown or purple-brown flowers. Dorsal sepal broadly ovate to almost round, with short tip, edges toothed toward the apex, 7—9 by 6.5 mm; lateral sepals 1.6—2.2 cm long, connate along upper edges in their apical halves, their tips narrowly pointed. Petals 4 by 3 mm, ovate, rounded, shortly ciliate along edges. Lip broadly-ovate, about 3.5 mm long, simple, decurved. Column with long erect filiform stelidia.
Flowering time.
April-June.

Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Malacca Peninsula, Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan.
Notes.
Rare species not confirmed in Cue Phuong National Park by last year's collections.
