its native range is SE. Siberia to Tropical & Subtropical Asia.

Cần, Rau cần cơm, Rau cần ống, Khổ cần.

Distribution:

In Vietnam, the plant grows wild in cool, humid places and is also often grown as a vegetable.

Uses: 

Complete treatment of urinary tract infections, menorrhagia, leukoplakia, fall injuries, fractures, high blood pressure. The fruit is used to treat cough.
