Vietnamese name:
Lấu quả balansa, Khuẩn quả balansa, Cam thảo bia.
Uses:
Using decoction of leaves and branches, drinking water has the effect of clearing heat, detoxifying, curing stomatitis, inflammation of the tongue. Also used in place of Scoparia dulcis.
Distribution:
In Vietnam: Vinh Phuc (Tam Dao), Hanoi (Ba Vi), Lam Dong (Lang Hanh). The tree grows naturally in sparse forests, along rocky streams, at an altitude of 900-1200 m.
