Distribution:
The tree grows naturally in many places in Vietnam.
Uses:
Cure ear sores, boils (the leaves are pounded for water to apply). Snake bites, hemorrhoids (the whole tree is pounded to drink the residue).
There are places where the leaves are chewed and swallowed slowly to cure bone fractures
