Description:
With ovate, compressed pseudobubls enveloped in youth by 2 to 3 deciduous sheaths and carrying 2, apical, membraneous, oblanceolate, acuimninate leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on a basal, 4.5 to 7.5 cm long, single flowered inflorescence.
Distribution:
Brazil Northeast.
Ecological:
In montane rainforests at elevations of 500 to 1000 m as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte.

Blooms in the late spring and early summer.
