Description:
With a leafy stem enveloped almost completely by leaf sheaths and each carrying leaves that blooms on an axillary, glabrous, 25 to 37 cm long, densely many flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, very small floral bracts.
Distribution:
China South-Central, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam (Lâm Đồng, Đồng Nai).
Ecological:
At elevations around 750 m as a small sized, warm growing terrestrial.
Flowering times:
Blooms in the summer.
Flower size:
5.0 mm.
Cultivation:
Grow plants in cool to intermediate conditions. Plants grow in a media made of small bark, perlite, and sand. Keep medium moist but not wet. Temperate species may require a winter rest with reduce water.
