Description:
With a long ramicaul enclosed by lepanthiform sheaths and a carrying a single, apical, elliptic-lanceolate, acute, gradually narrows below into the conduplicate, petiolate leaf that blooms on a terminal, from the leaf base, congested, up to 3/5" [up to 18mm] long, simultaneously opening, many flowered raceme arising from the base of the leaf and holding the flowers below leaf height that blooms in the fall and winter.

As a small sized, warm to cool growing, caespitose epiphyte, at elevations of 1400 to 1800 m.
