Description:
With many-angled, creeping, obliquely ovate pseudobulbs carrying a single, terminal, coriaceous, oblong to ovate, dark green, lustrous leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a terminal, short, 1 to 2.5 cm long, single flowered inflorescence with short-lived, slightly fragrant, waxy flowers that is subtended by a brown basal sheath.
Distribution:
Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam (Ngọc Linh, Kon Plông, Kon Tum).
Ecological:
This miniature sized, hot to cold growing epiphytic orchid is endemic in the central mountain range in broad leaved forests at elevations of 300 to 2400 m.

Blooms in the fall and winter.
