Description:
With sinuous stems carrying towards the apex, widely spaced, oblong to elliptic, unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the spring on an axillary, erect, simple or with 1 to 2 lower branches, 30 to 60 cm long, 7 to 13 flowered inflorescence with 3 to 4, pedunculate bracts and small floral bracts and white flowers that turn apricot with age.

Mauritius, Réunion.
Ecological:
On tree trunks, bushes and rocks at elevations of sea leavel to 800 m as a medium sized, hotwarm growing epiphyte or lithophyte.
