Description: 

With 1/2" between each cylindrical, tapering, non angular pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, leathery, elliptic to obovate, channeled below into the 4 to 6 cm long, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect to patent, lax, 55 cm long, successively single few (6) flowered inflorescence that has several, funnel shaped bracts..

Distribution:

Philippines, Sulawesi.

Ecological:

As an small sized, epiphyte around elevations of 900 m.

Blooms in the spring.

Flower size:

2.5 mm.

Cultivation:

Keep plant in warm temperatures. Keep moist in summer seasons and do not allow mix to dry, in winter keep the mix slight dry and reduce watering. Keep good air movement to avoid fungal growth. Keep plants in shade. Pot plants in sphagnum moss, fine bark, or mounted.
