Description:
With ovoid, obtusely 4 sided pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, glabrous, subcoriaceous, elliptic to elliptic-ligulate, obtuse and minutely apiculate, shortly and narrowly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on a basal, erect, filiform, single flowered inflorescence with a few, amplexicaul, obtuse, glabrous bracts and ovate, apiculate floral bracts.
Distribution:
New Guinea.
Ecological:
On trees in forests at elevations around 700 m as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte.
Flowering times:
Blooms in the spring.
Flower size:
2.0 cm.
Cultivation:
Intermediate growing epiphyte.
