Description:

Pubescent tubers giving rise to an erect, basally sheathed stem carrying 3 to 4, clustered, ovate to ovate-elliptic, acute, basally narrowing leaves that blooms in the later spring and early summer on a terminal, densely to subdensely many flowered, to 25 cm long, glabrous inflorescence with lanceolate floral bracts and carrying sweetly scented flowers.
