The Lance-Leafed Myoxanthus.
Description:
Erect to ascending, stout ramicauls enveloped basally by 4 to 7 tubular, hispidulous sheaths carrying a single, apical, erect, thickly coriaceous, narrowly elliptic-ovate, acute leaf that is cuneate below into the subpetiolate base and blooms at most any time of the year on a fascile of single, successive flowers arising at the apex of the mature ramicaul and the base of the leaf and has pubescent floral bracts.

Brazil Southeast.
Ecological:
At elevations of 1000 to 1500 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte.
Flowering times:
Blooms at most any time of the year.
Flower size:
1.5 cm.
Cultivation:
Keep plant in shade to moderate lighting. Plant can be grown in cool to intermediate conditions. Pot the plant in fine bark with perlite or sphagnum moss. Water regularly and keep potting media moist.
