Description:
With plump, sturdy, basally swollen, tapering to a point near the apex stems carrying oval to oblong, dark green, glossy, fleshy, leathery leaves that blooms in the fall and winter on 1 to 5+, green with brown mottling, horizontal to arching, racemose, laxly 10 to 35 flowered inflorescence arising from the nodes towards the apex of the stem.

Maluku.
Ecological:
In lowlands as a giant sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte.
Flowering times:
Blooms in the fall and winter.
Flower size:
6.0 cm.
Cultivation:
Warm growing epiphyte, prefers a position in light shade.
