Description:
With an erect, thin, cylindrical, slightly sulcate stem carrying several, oblong, unequally bilobed apically, all held in one plane leaves and have sheaths covered in brown hairs that blooms in the spring on a 3 to 5 cm long, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence.

Cultivation:
Plants are grown in warm conditions in diffused light. Water regularly in the summer and give a 3 to 4 week resting period in winter. During resting period withhold watering and mist the bulbs lightly to prevent them from shriveling about once a week. Plant is best mounted or grown in medium fir bark.
