Description:
with erect to nearly pendulous rugose with age, apically leafy canes with thin, ovate leaves and blooms in the late winter through early summer on a 1 to 2 cm long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence which emerge from the apical nodes of the stem and carries a few [to 3], spicely fragrant flowers.

Queensland.
Ecological:
In rainforests near mountain tops at elevations of 800 to 1500 m in patchy forests with mist, dew, fogs and low clouds are common as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte or at higer elevations a miniature sized lithophyte.

Blooms in the late winter.
Flower size:
7.5 cm.
Cultivation:
Keep plants in a cool area with medium amounts of light. Plant should be grown in a well drained potting mix or mounted on cork or tree fern. Water regularly in the summer and reduce watering in the winter by occasionally wetting the plant.
