Description. 

Tiny canopy epiphyte with long, thin, slender, creeping rhizome and erect cylindric l-leaved pseudobulbs 2 by 0.4 cm. Leaves shortly stalked, elliptic, about 4 by 1.3 cm. Inflorescence appearing from any node of the rhizome, 1.2—4 cm long, with 5—6 close flowers. Flowers light yellow with orange lip and orange tips of tepals. Sepals sub-similar, lanceolate, 3—4 mm long; petals half as long as the dorsal sepal, narrowly oblong to narrowly lanceolate, acute. Lip 1.2 by 0.5 mm, almost straight, narrowed to down turned blunt tip. Column with slender, curved, erect stelidia.

Geographic range. 

Thailand, Vietnam, Malacca Peninsula, Kalimantan.

Uses: 

Treatment of bronchitis, lung conjunctiva, sore throat, weakness, paralysis (whole tree). Also cure gastritis, tuberculosis, unsatisfied bust.

Notes. 

Tiny plant growing in canopies of large trees. This orchid is very easily overlooked during botanical field studies and collecting. Probably rather common and widespread.
