its native range is Jawa to Sumatera
It grows in Kerinci District, Sumatra. The small lake in the background is blue from the volcanic minerals. The elevation here is about 1,100 metres and the temperatures were 26-28 during the day and 17-20 at night. Humidity 75-80%. Plants were relatively common in the area.
