Ecological:
Epiphyte in lowland forest. Altitude 20-650 m.
Culture:
One of the easiest orchids to grow. Very adaptable, temperatures from below 10 ° C in winter to over 40 ° C in summer are tolerated. The plants can grow and bloom both in the blazing sun and in full shade. When watered once or twice a day they remain evergreen and can bloom several times from December to April, but preferably in March to April.

Note:
It is easy to confuse with Eria globulifera but this plant has up to 4 smaller leaves, smaller flowers do not bloom but fragrant.
