The Long-Leafed Stenoglottis

Distribution:

KwaZulu-Natal, Mozambique, Swaziland

Ecological:

On mossy rocks and rock outcroppings at elevations of 300 to 1300 m.

Culture:

Plants require cool to intermediate temperatures and diffused bright light. Pot in a well drain terrestrial medium of gravel, sand, soil, perlite, and bark. Water the plant regular during spring and summer. Reduce watering in the winter as plants are dormant and begin watering regularly again as new shoots appear in the spring.
