Description:
Surrounded by 4 to 6 thin thorns, the leaf sheaths small, fluffy, bearing a apical, erect, elliptical, elliptical applet with the base of the petiole, erect, to 12 cm long loose, curved, cluster-like flowers, growing from the apex of the inflorescence with up to 6 flowers open simultaneously and above the leaves.
Distribution:
Colombia, Venezuela.
Ecological:
It is an epiphytic, miniature orchid species that can be found growing in wet, mountainous forests and cloud forests. At elevations of 750 to 1600 m.
Flowering times:
Blooms in the spring, summer and fall.
