Description:
Stem 1-2 cm high. Leaves 10-15 x 2.5-3 cm, oblong, obliquely bifid at apex, obtuse. Flowers pale yellow, in 2 cm long, lateral racemes; dorsal sepal 6.5 x 3.2 mm, obovate, obtuse, 3-veined, gland-dotted; lateral sepals 7 x 2.8 mm, obovate, obtuse, 3-veined, gland-dotted; lip 6.5 x 8 mm, deeply saccate, 4 mm broad; midlobe white with yellow centre, finely red-dotted, irregularly toothed on margin; sac with a few spots inside, naked.
Distribution:
Found in the eastern Himalayas, Bhutan, Sikkim, Myanmar, northern Thailand, southern China, northern Laos and Vietnam. In VietNam, found in, Tam Đảo, Ba Vì, Ninh Bình, Cúc Phương, Lâm Đồng, Đồng Nai.
Ecological:
On tree trunks at forest margins; at elevations of 500-1400 m.
