Description: Geostachys annamensis is a tough, tough, long-bellied species. Leaves to 30 x 6 cm, have hairy on lower part of leaf, terminal with long nose. Flowering underground, 10-15 cm high, bunching of flowers; white flowers reddish and purple; round round leaves, 3cm tall, group 3 flowers. Capsules, red,
deep notch.
Flowering: in March
Distribution: It is one of the endemic species of ginger in Vietnam. In VietNam, It is found in Lâm Đồng (Đà Lạt), Kon Tum, và Hòn Bà (Khánh Hòa)
Ecological: distributed at elevations above 1,000m in cold foggy weather.
