Description:
Trees, 3-12 m high. The monolithic leaves are opposites, the oval plates are slender, as smooth as the resin surface on dry, up to 30 cm long; lateral tendons; petioles to 1 cm long, sheaths 8-10 mm high, oval. Flowers in tops, yellow ivory; long stalks and ovules; rims with tubes 5.5-8 cm long, big ears, 2.5-3.5 cm long; stamens do not poke. Fruit round or tapering or oval, 2-4 cm high, with longitudinal waves; thai court 2; seed more, flat.
