SUMMARY
The Sunipia
rimannii (H. G. Rchb.) Seid.; (Orchidaceae) collected
from Dak Ha District, Kon Tum province is reported as
a new record for the flora of Vietnam. S. rimannii can be distinguished from
its closest ally by its petals suborbicular, ca. as long as wide, lip margins
entire to slightly and minutely crenulate, lip margins partly distinctly
erose-lacerate. Morphological redescription and illustrations are provided
along with notes on distribution, ecology, phenology and conservation of the
species.
