property, acts on the Liver and Kidney channels.
Functions:
Dispels Wind and Dampness,
strengthens muscles and bones, stops bleeding.
Indications
& Combinations:
1. For arthralgia with weakness of the loins and knees.
2. For metrorrhagia, it is used with Radix Sanguisorbae Officinalis (Di Yu).
3. For chronic cough due to Lung Deficiency.
Dosage and administration:
9–15 g, decocted in water for
an oral dose.
